About Box Claim
Box Claim adapts dots and boxes for the browser. Players alternate placing an edge between neighbouring dots. Completing a square adds it to your score and grants another move. The higher total wins after the board fills. Computer levels increase board size and strategic difficulty; a separate two-player mode shares one device. No registration is required.
How to Play
Choose computer levels or the two-player option. Add one unoccupied edge on your turn. Close a square to score and continue playing. Once no edges remain, compare the claimed boxes.
Controls
Click or tap the gap between neighbouring dots to place an edge. Mouse hover previews its position. Two human players alternate using the same screen.
Tips & Tricks
Keep safe edges available rather than offering the opponent a nearly complete square. Before sacrificing a chain, compare its length with the alternatives. A small immediate gain can expose a larger chain on the next turn.
Features
Computer progression; local two-player matches; expanding boards; extra turns for completed squares; star ratings; 3D presentation; mouse and touch input. Requires WebGL.
