Maldita contraseña

Build an invented password that satisfies twelve accumulating rules in this Spanish-language puzzle. New requirements appear as earlier ones are met, combining letters, numbers, symbols, and riddle answers. All twelve rules must hold at the same time. The challenge is keeping every earlier condition valid as the constraints grow. Riddle answers belong inside the same text, and the game explicitly asks for an invented password rather than a real account password.
