The cereal theme could be a gag, but underneath it's a proper deckbuilder: draw, place, combo, then bend the rules with toys won in minigames. The procedurally generated maps give a browser game real replay legs, and the tone stays light while the builds get absurd. A relaxing pick for fans of cozy roguelikes who don't need their deckbuilders to be about elves.
About Flakeparty
Flakeparty asks the important question: what if your cereal bowl were a deckbuilding roguelike? Draw cereals into your bowl, scoop them up and place them well to hit the score target — then keep collecting quirky cereals, eating snacks to power them up, and customizing your slots with odd effects until the build goes supernova.
Between regular rounds come minigames: special rounds that use your cereals in new and interesting ways. They run a bit harder, but winning earns a shiny toy — an always-active item that improves your score or your cereals — and strong play brings extra rewards.
Every run generates a new upgrade tree and map, so no two bowls come out the same. The game grew out of a Brackeys 2025 jam entry and is still in development, with a Steam version planned (the Steam demo is said to always carry the latest build). One known web-build quirk: sounds can occasionally play faster and higher-pitched than they should.
How to Play
Draw cereals into your bowl, scoop them up and place them well to reach the score target and win. Collect new cereals, eat snacks to power them up and customize your slots with extra effects. Take on minigames to win toys — always-active items that boost your score or your cereals.

Tips & Tricks
Minigames are harder than normal rounds, but the toys you win stay active all run — usually worth the effort.
Each run gets a procedurally generated upgrade tree and map, so adapt the build instead of repeating last run's.
If the web build's audio starts sounding sped-up or high-pitched, that's a known quirk — the Steam demo is the alternative.
