Leaf by Leaf

Leaf by Leaf is a compact incremental prototype made for Mini Jam 221: Autumn and its Staying Warm limitation. Feed a bonfire with fallen leaves: each burned leaf earns coins and extends the fire’s life. When it goes out, the day ends. At night, spend your earnings on a better blower, more leaves, and higher leaf values. Seventeen upgrades gradually unlock, including tornadoes that bring leaves into the fire automatically. The long-term goal is to grow a small campfire into a furnace capable of warming the world.

During daylight, direct leaves into the fire and keep them burning to earn coins. Once night falls, buy upgrades and begin another day. Repeat to grow the bonfire and unlock more tools.
