About Rivet Nova: Idle Online RPG
Rivet Nova: Idle Online RPG is an online robot-building MMO from Rivet Nova. The goal is to engineer a machine that keeps getting stronger: combine batteries, relays, springs, projectiles and armor into a working build, then test it against mechanical monsters and other pilots. Battles resolve automatically, so the real gameplay happens in the workshop — researching blueprints, crafting components, upgrading parts, socketing runes and mixing combat fluids.
Progress loops through hunting for loot, spending it on better equipment, and climbing the Arena and guild rankings. A player-driven market (unlocked at level 5) lets pilots trade parts and materials for Gold, and guilds contribute to shared upgrades, store spare parts in a vault and fight for bases in scheduled weekly wars.
This listing points to the official browser build at game.rivetnova.com. It saves progress automatically and handles no Google Play payments; optional purchases and rewarded ads belong to the production Android app. Linking a Google account keeps the same pilot across Android and web. An internet connection is required, while gathering, research and crafting continue for up to four hours offline.
How to Play
1. Open game.rivetnova.com and press ENTER THE FORGE. No account is needed to start, and progress saves automatically.
2. Follow the tutorial: install the starter battery and other parts, then tap your level to spend skill and blueprint points in Pilot & Loadout.
3. Start Research to gather Metal or Plastic, craft components from Blueprints and upgrade them in the workshop. Every crafting attempt improves that component type's success chance, even when it fails.
4. Open BATTLES for hunts against mechanical monsters and Arena matches against other pilots. Training fights carry no rating, rewards or cooldowns.
5. Unlock the Market at level 5 to trade parts and materials, then join a guild to share a vault, contribute to shared upgrades and enter weekly base wars.
Controls
Mouse or touch: every action runs through on-screen buttons and menus (Main, Quests, Research, Battles, Market, Chat, Guild). Combat resolves automatically, so no direct control input is used during battle. A fullscreen toggle sits in the top corner.
Tips & Tricks
Failed crafts still raise the success chance for that component type, so early failures are progress. The first upgrade to +1 is protected, while later failures can break the part — keep spares before pushing higher. Return before 00:00 UTC each day to keep the seven-day online streak. Start gathering before logging off: gathering, research and crafting continue for up to four hours offline. Use Arena training to compare builds without spending rating, and remember that better equipment also gathers resources faster.
