Space runner is a Unity platformer by nemeth_balazs_game that recently gained a set of new features the developer documents in detail.
The Portal Door system now works with key-based teleportation: collect the key belonging to a door and it becomes usable, teleporting you to its connected portal. A new enemy type, the Broken Orb, patrols between predefined points and periodically disappears — blinking faster and faster before vanishing — so timing your path past one is its own little puzzle.
Two new challenging levels round out the update, with difficulty that increases progressively as you push further. If you enjoy bite-sized precision platforming with a sci-fi coat of paint, this one runs straight in the browser.
How to Play
Run and jump through each level toward the exit. Collect keys to activate portal doors and use them to teleport across the map. Watch the Broken Orbs — they blink before vanishing, and their disappearance windows are your cue to move. Clear the two new levels as the difficulty ramps up.
Controls
Keyboard – move and jump (standard Unity platformer controls)
Tips & Tricks
Portals need their matching key first — spot the key's color before you plan the route.
Broken Orbs are safest to pass right after they reappear, when their blink cycle is longest.
When a level feels impossible, look for a portal shortcut you haven't activated.
