Plane tycoons usually stop at 'buy the better jet'; AEROFORGE makes you build the jet and then defend it in a tender where cheaper-and-adequate can beat advanced-and-brilliant. That engineering-versus-economics tension is what makes it interesting, and it's ambitious for a browser game. One to watch closely as development continues — especially if you have opinions about wing geometry.
About AEROFORGE
AEROFORGE is an aircraft design and management tycoon that puts you in charge of an aerospace company with ambitions in military aviation. Instead of picking planes off a list, you assemble them: combine airframes, wings, engines and control systems into your own designs, then back them with research into real-world technologies — components, engines, radars, electronic warfare.
Winning isn't just about the best aircraft. You enter government tenders against rival design bureaus, meet customer requirements, set your prices and compete — and the page is explicit that the most advanced machine doesn't necessarily win, because cost and other factors matter too.
Around the engineering sits a company to run: budget, research, production, facilities and long-term development, plus international sales, exports and modernization of existing designs. Languages: Russian and English. Development is ongoing — the developer invites donations and runs a community Discord for feedback.
How to Play
Design aircraft by combining airframes, wings, engines and control systems, and research the technologies that make them competitive. Enter government tenders, price your designs against rival bureaus, and manage the company's budget and production so ambitious projects don't sink the business. Win contracts, modernize your line-up and push into international exports.

Tips & Tricks
The best aircraft doesn't always win the tender — price and meeting the customer's requirements count, per the developer's own pitch.
Balance the research budget: engines, radars and electronic warfare all feed into competitive designs.
Watch company finances — ambitious engineering is only survivable with production to match.
