Most idle games pile up numbers; AZOTH arranges them into something you actually want to look at. The mirrored-mandala design means your progress is also the artwork, and the lore pulled straight from Pliny, Agricola and Paracelsus gives every new metal a small reward beyond the stat bump. A standout pick if you like tidy, calm loops — with a shared star map that keeps the game going long after the Stone.
About AZOTH: The Starforger's Idle
AZOTH: The Starforger's Idle is a calm idle alchemy game built around sacred geometry. Space crystals pour from two rifts; you tune six lenses that give each crystal a Cosmic Aspect — Ignis, Aqua, Terra, Aer, Lux or Umbra — and every finished crystal splits in two, landing in the turning mandala as a mirrored pair. Nothing is placed by hand: the design keeps itself symmetrical while you steer it.
Aligned rings produce Essence, which the furnace casts into ingots. You start with humble Lead and Tin and work up through five tiers — catalysts, noble metals, mythical alloys — until you can craft the Philosopher's Stone. Seventeen metals in total, each with its own recipe or rite and a page of lore drawn from the old alchemy books: Pliny, Agricola, Paracelsus, the Emerald Tablet.
The Stone opens a second game: a star map around the star AZOTH, shared by every player, where you forge planets, raise them through fourteen levels from Primordial to Ascended, craft their moons, and eventually put them to work casting metals for you. Complete the mandala and its rite and it ascends — becoming the Nucleus of the next cycle.
Everything on screen is drawn in code, and every sound — music included — is synthesized live while you play. The game saves every 15 seconds and on exit; in the browser, saves live in your browser's storage.
How to Play
Tune each of the six lenses so crystals from the rifts take the Cosmic Aspects you want, then let the mandala turn: mirrored crystal pairs align into rings that produce Essence. Cast Essence in the furnace to work through the seventeen metals in order, and spend upgrades to speed the loop. When the mandala is complete, perform its rite to ascend. After the Philosopher's Stone, forge planets on the shared star map and raise them through fourteen levels.

Tips & Tricks
Hold Shift when re-tuning a lens to update its mirror twin at the same time — the mandala rewards symmetry.
Raise the multi-cast ×-value once your loop is stable; it keeps crystals flowing while you plan the next upgrade.
Don't rush the Philosopher's Stone — the mid-tier alloys feed the upgrades that make the late tiers fast.
The developer notes browser saves live in your browser's storage; the desktop builds are the safer home for very long runs.
