고지의 수호자 (Highland Defense) is a Korean-language fantasy tower defense about holding three lines of defense. Even if the first gate falls, you retreat and keep resisting from the rear fortress across 12 attacking waves.
You pick a hero — knight, archer or mage — and command them directly: move them along the path and trigger their skills at the right moment. Around them you build the static defense: beam towers, mortars, ballistae, ice crystals and barracks, backed up by meteors and reinforcement troops for emergencies.
Construction works by selecting a build spot and tower (or dragging), hero orders use the move/skill buttons followed by a path choice, and right-click or ESC cancels. Wave progress saves to your browser. The developer notes the graphics and code were made with generative AI, and supports both PC mouse and mobile touch.
How to Play
Choose a hero (knight, archer or mage), then build towers on the map's build spots. When a wave starts, place and upgrade towers between assaults while personally steering your hero — walk them where the line is weakest and fire skills into the thickest groups. If the front gate breaks, fall back to the rear fortress and hold there. Survive all 12 waves.
Controls
Mouse – select build spots and towers, or drag to construct
Hero buttons – move the hero and cast skills, then click a path
Right-click / ESC – cancel orders
Touch – supported on mobile (landscape and fullscreen recommended)
Tips & Tricks
Your hero is a mobile tower — walk them to whichever line is about to break.
Ice crystals and slows pair well with mortars; stack control before damage.
Save meteors and reinforcements for the later waves, when three lines are under pressure at once.
The rear fortress matters: plan retreat paths before the first gate falls.
Progress saves per device/browser and does not sync automatically.
