About One Way Down
One Way Down is an isometric mining clicker built around a 100-metre descent. Break blocks for gold, recruit specialist workers, and choose among 71 upgrades across five connected branches. Six biomes hide monsters, artifacts, and a boss every tenth metre.
Workers gain experience, but deaths are permanent and replacements start over. Finish an expedition to develop Base Camp, recruiting five persistent characters and building a network of 21 improvements that help future runs. The game is free and open source under GPL v3.
How to Play
Click blocks to mine and earn gold. Hire crew and buy upgrades as you descend. Attack monsters that grab workers, defeat the ten bosses, and reach the bottom. Spend time at camp improving the next expedition.
